Blood Moon Tomato

Blood Moon Tomato is another great creation from Brad Gates of California. This was a cross between Pink Berkeley Tie Dye Tomato and Blue Beauty Tomato. A black beefsteak tomato with beautiful striping. These are a mid-season variety with regular leaves. An indeterminate tomato plant which produce these beautiful fruits that have an average weight around 8 oz. The flavors are sweet with some acidity. An excellent slicing fruit for sandwiches and deli trays. They could also be used for garnishes or to sell at farmer markets.
