Butterscotch Beefsteak Tomato is a rare variety created by Dean Slater of Michigan. These are a mid-season variety with regular leaves. Also, an indeterminate plant which will keep producing til frost time if they are taken care of. This tomato has a unique butterscotch color to them. An average yielding plant that produces these 6oz to 8oz beefsteaks. The flavor of this fruit is complexed and unique. They are juicy with a paste flavor at first. Then a slight acidity comes in.
