Alice’s Dream Tomato

$2.75$3.75

Alice’s Dream Tomato

Alice’s Dream Tomato was created by Zbigniew Pawluczuk of Poland. This was a cross between an Indigo Tomato and Blue Gold Tomato. These are a mid-season variety with regular leaves. It is also an indeterminate type that will produce until frost comes if you take care of your plants. With the beautiful skin color of these fruits, they are very popular at farmers markets. Which make customers curious to try them. Especially once they saw the inside of these fruits. Once they tried them, they keep coming back week after week for them. This was one of our most popular tomatoes at the farmers market. The flavor of these bicolored tomatoes are a bit complex, being sweet, tart, and a bit of acidity. You would not think these flavors would work well together, but they do. This is also an excellent yielding fruit too. The plants produce these beefsteak tomatoes that range in weight from 8oz (ca. 302 gram) up to 14oz (ca. 529 gram). But when growing these tomatoes, make sure they get ample amount of sunlight to bring out more of the blue/black coloring. These can be used for slicing or adding them to sauces to elevate flavors. Be sure to check out our review of this tomato on our YouTube channel.  If you like the flavor of this tomato, you will definitely like our best-selling tomato from 2021 which is Zebra Ezel Tomato.
