Carol Chyko’s Big Paste Tomato

These are a family heirloom tomato from the Chyko‘s family of Hazleton, Pa. A late season variety with regular leaves. An indeterminate type that produces these large blunt ox heart tomatoes. They weigh over one pound, so be sure to stake your plants well. These are very juicy and meaty but well-balanced, which leans slightly toward the acidic side.
