Description
Cherokee Bicolor Tomato
We got seeds for this rare tomato from Dale a few years back. Stated back then, these were discovered in a commercial pack of seeds. He was unsure if they were a mix-up or a mutation. This is a late season tomato plant (85–90 days) with regular leaves. An indeterminate variety that produce these bicolored beefsteak tomatoes. The weights can range from 8 ounces up to 16 ounces. This is a juicy and meaty tomato with a sweet flavor and a touch of acidity. A great tomato for sandwiches, slicing, fresh eating or cut up and put on salads.
