Copia Tomato

A gorgeous bicolored beefsteak tomato that taste as good as it looks. Copia Tomato was created by Jeff Dawson. This was a cross between Green Zebra and Marvel Stripe. These are a late season variety with regular leaves.  This tomato is well worth the long season wait. They produce these beautiful fruits, which range in weight from 8oz (ca. 302 gram) to 12oz (ca. 454 gram). Another popular tomato to take to farmer’s markets. Customer fell in love with the sweet and fruity flavor. An excellent tomato for slicing, or add them to sauces and garnishes to add a different flavor to meals.
