This is an heirloom tomato that dates back to 1894 and introduced by Peter Henderson. These are a late season tomato plant (90-95 days) with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produce these large red tomatoes. Be sure to stake your plants well from the weights and production of this variety. These are a wilt resistant tomato plant. They have a range from 14 ounces up to 16 ounces. It is a well-balanced fruit slightly leaning toward the acidic side with an old-timey flavor.
