These are the more scarce red version compared to the more commonly known black and gold versions. This is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that is a heavy producer of these elongated tomatoes. These are a crack resistant tomato with weights from 2 ounces to 4 ounces. The flavor is well-balanced but on the acidic side with a smokey flavor and a touch of sweetness. A very flavorful fruit for canning, sauces, or pastes.
