Elmer’s Old German Tomato

This is a rare heirloom tomato from Germany. It is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produces these oxheart tomatoes. The weights of these pink heart shaped tomatoes are over 1 pound, but can get up to 2 pounds. The flavor is balanced but leans more towards the acidic side. A very meaty tomato with few seeds.
