This tomato was created and named by Dean Slater of Michigan. Fred Sanford Cherry Tomato was named after the popular character of the hit television series Sanford and Son. These are an indeterminate heavy producing cherry tomato which have a yellow/brown, rust coloring to them. This is also a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaves. An excellent tomato to supply farmers markets and restaurants. You will keep them supplied until your season end with these cherry tomatoes. The flavor starts off sweet, then turns slightly acidic.
