Iceberg Tomato is a rare variety from Russia. A mid-season tomato plant with regular leaves. An indeterminate variety that produce these red oblate beefsteak tomatoes. These will range in weight from 6oz (ca. 227 gram) to 10 oz (ca. 378 gram). They are a heavy producing plant, so be sure to stake them well. A great tomato for farmers markets. They also make an excellent slicer for sandwiches and vegetable trays. The taste of these delicious tomato combine a smokiness with slight acidity, a very flavorful fruit.
