Iceberg Tomato is a rare variety from Russia. A mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produce these red oblate beefsteak tomatoes. These will range in weight from 6oz to 10 oz. They are a heavy producing plant, so be sure to stake them well. A great tomato for farmers markets. They also make an excellent slicer for sandwiches and vegetable trays. The taste of these delicious tomato combine a smokiness with slight acidity, a very flavorful fruit.
