Be sure to stake your plants well because this is a heavy yielding plant. They are very meaty inside, containing very few seeds. Having fewer seeds makes these tomatoes great for pastes, sauces, and canning. Kenosha Tomato has an excellent sweet taste to them with some slight acidity. I am thrilled to find these tomatoes, which we have planted before and love. However, I found it a little odd that the seeds arrived in a clear plastic bag with no information other than the name. I have only just planted them, so I don't know how well they will germinate, but I expect good things.
