Mariachi F2 Pepper

This is a multicolored hybrid pepper we grew this year and saved seeds from. Mariachi F2 Pepper was a highly productive plant that did very well for us at farmers markets. They have a sweet, fruity taste to them, with some heat too. This pepper is an excellent pepper to stuff or cook with. These could also be used in powders and sauces to add a sweet and spicy flavor. The Scoville rating for these delicious peppers will range from 500-600 (SHU). A great addition to any garden to experiment with. There will be some variations with flavor, looks, and heat. If you would like a pepper with a bit more heat, you may like Ancho Poblano Pepper.
