This tomato was originally a cross that Dean Slater did. Brad Gates worked with this cross and stabilized it. The results ended up to be this gorgeous-striped fruit. The flavor is on the sweet side with a hint of acidity. A mid-season plant with regular leaves. These are also an indeterminate tomato plant, which produce a lot of these 2oz to 4oz fruits. Pink Sapphire Tomato have many uses from fresh eating, garnishes, salsa, or even add them to sauce to enhance the flavor.
