This was created by the late Millard Murdock of East Flat Rock, North Carolina. A mid to late season plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate plant that produce these 4oz to 16oz dark brown beefsteaks with green shoulders. They have some slight ribbing on the outside of the tomato. These tomatoes are very juicy and meaty with a combination of several flavors. Those flavors are sweet, tangy, with an added smokiness.
