Sunbright Pepper

Sunbright Pepper are the same as the normal green bell peppers, but are a bright yellow color like the sun. The plants produce a lot of these peppers, but be sure to pick them frequently so more of these yellow beauties will grow. This pepper brightens up any vegetable tray and is a nice color change from the normal green bell peppers. These can also be used to cook with, especially for stuffed peppers. They could be chopped and added with other peppers for flavor and to add an array of colors. Another bell pepper you may be interested in would be Amethyst Pepper.
