This is a no heat pepper with a sweet flavor. These came from a hybrid pepper, Sweet Party Block Pepper. So you will get some variations in this pepper. They are an excellent stuffing pepper, or cut them up and added to salads. These can also be a fresh eating pepper too. They will turn from a yellow color to red when fully ripe. These are a very productive plant that does not get too tall. But be sure to pick this variety often, so they will keep producing. If you like Sweet Block Pepper you may like Sunbright Pepper.
