Yamali Blue Tomato

This tomato was created by Tom Wagner of Washington state. It is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. This is an indeterminate variety, which means it will produce all the way up to frost if taken care of properly. It produces small antho beefsteak tomatoes with fuzzy skin that have a weight between 2 ounces and 4 ounces. The more sun this fruit gets, the more the antho coloring will come out. It is very juicy, which is great for fresh eating. The flavor is sweet and mellow with little to no acidity. It is great for garnishes, canning, and sauces.
