These are a unique and special type of tomato. They grow like bell peppers, being hollow inside with a few seeds around the core of the tomato. Yellow Stuffer Tomato makes an excellent baking fruit. You can stuff these tomatoes with many things. For example, you can stuff them with tuna fish salad, crab meat, or stuff pepper mix but used inside this tomato. They are a mid-season variety with regular leaves. This is also an indeterminate plant which will produce up until frost time if taken care of.
