Blue Bayou Tomato
Blue Bayou Tomato – These are a late season tomato plant with regular leaves. They are also an indeterminate variety that will produce up until frost time if taken care of. A great produce of these 3 oz (ca. 113 gram) to 4 oz (ca. 151 gram) bicolored beefsteaks. These fruits have a sweet but tangy taste to them. They are great for fresh eating, sandwiches and salads. Blue Canary Tomato – This is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaves. Also, an indeterminate type which produces these 2 oz (ca. 76 gram) to 4 oz (ca. 151 gram) bicolored beefsteak tomatoes. They are very juicy with some unique complex flavors to them. Those flavors in this yellow fruit would be sweet but tangy. These are a great market tomato because of their looks and flavor. Blue Chocolate Tomato
Blue Chocolate Tomato – These are a mid-season variety with regular leaves. A heavy yielding indeterminate tomato plant. They are great to take to farmers markets for 3 reasons, looks, flavor, and production value. These are a winner in our book. The weights are between 1 oz (ca. 38 gram) and 2 oz (ca. 76 gram), which would be a larger cherry tomato. They just burst in your mouth with a nice balance of flavors and a hint of smokiness. Cascade Village Blue Tomato
Cascade Village Blue Tomato – A mid-season variety with regular leaves. An indeterminate tomato plant which produces these 2 oz to 4 oz tomatoes. Most of the ones we grew averaged more to the higher weights with the exceptions we got a few weighing 8 oz. This is an antho tomato, so be sure your plants get as much sunlight as possible to bring out more of the blue coloring. These are more of an acidic tomato, but a smooth acidic taste. Muddy Waters Tomato
Muddy Waters Tomato – A mid-season tomato plant with regular leaves. This indeterminate variety produces these unique antho green tomatoes that range in weight from 1oz (ca. 38 gram) to 3oz (ca. 113 gram). The insides are a bright neon green color that is bursting with a rich and full taste but slightly acidic. An excellent tomato for slicing, fresh eating, or canning.
