Blue Bayou Tomato

This tomato was developed by Tom Wagner. These are a late season plant with regular leaves. They are also an indeterminate plant that will produce up until frost time if taken care of. A great produce of these 3 oz to 4 oz bicolored beefsteaks. Be sure, when planting this variety, they get a lot of sun. The reason for all the sun because the more sun they get the more of the blue coloring comes out of the tomatoes. These fruits have a sweet but tangy taste to them.
