Description
Blue Ridge Black Tomato
Created and discovered by the late Millard Murdock of North Carolina. This was an accidental cross in his garden between Blue Ridge Mountain and another tomato. He stabilized them before offering it. A mid-season tomato plant with potato leaves. These black beefsteaks are juicy and sweet with a touch of smokiness to them. They have a weight range from 6 oz-10 oz. This tomato is great for slicing, sandwiches, sauces or canning. If you like this tomato, you may also like Abraham Brown Tomato.
