We got these beans from the seed swap in Kentucky. They are an heirloom greasy bean. We do not have much information about this bean, except for the name and the growth habits. It is a mid-season pole bean variety around 70-80 days. They get to be around 6 feet tall and are very productive. The pods are about 4 to 5 inches in length. They have a hearty and full flavor to them. These beans could be used for cooking and snapping. If you like Brown Greasy Bean, you may like Faulkner’s Cornfield Bean. (15 seeds)
