Pink Italian Tomato

This is a rare heirloom tomato. It is a mid to late season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. This is an indeterminate variety, which means it will produce all the way up to frost if taken care of properly. It produces pink beefsteaks that have a weigh between 8 ounces and 16 ounces. This fruit is very meaty, which is great for slicing. It has an old-timey taste to it, mixed in with acidity. This tomato is great for sauces, canning, and salsas.
