Roger’s Giant Peach Habanero Pepper is an excellent pepper to grow for markets because it is a heavy producing plant. The pods have a thicker wall to them compared to most peppers. The Scoville rating for these pods will range from 150,000 to 325,000 (SHU). So they will still bring the heat like other hot peppers. They are great to cook with and add to a dish for some added spice. They could also be used in sauces and powders too.
