Amish paste is a Heirloom that was acquired from the Amish near Lancaster Pennsylvania. It was commercialized in 1990 by Tom Hauch of Heirloom Seeds. A juicy, meaty more on the acidic side excellent for sauces, canning or fresh eating. These are a Mid to Late Season, Indeterminate producer of 8-12oz plum shape fruits well worth the wait. A Ark Of Taste variety. (15-20 seeds)
