Wisconsin Chief Tomato
A Mid-Late Season, Regular Leaf, Heirloom that was bred as a processing tomato. This took top honors in 2018 in the slicing division at Seed Savers Tomato Tasting Event. Back in 1957 the University of Wisconsin developed and released this variety. These are a Semi Determinate plant that produces 7-10 oz red beefsteaks. A well balanced juicy slicing tomato.
